Do NOT buy any games digitally from the Xbox Store! According to Microsoft's Terms of Service, "All games are licensed, not sold". What this means is that if you get banned from Xbox, you will not get a refund on games you have purchased, because the games are licensed long term, you can play the games forever if you don't get banned, but if you do, because they are "licensed, not sold" you no longer own them, so no refunds. What I'm trying to say is BUY ALL YOUR GAMES ON DISC! Side note: This is coming from a Microsoft employees nephew, so I know what I'm saying.
